Does eating at night really make you fat?

Wow! This throws the question back into the limelight again. Nutritionists and I (based on common sense) both say that eating at night doesn't make you fat. but it is true that when I am keeping late hours I tend to want to snack. This article states a link between circadian rythmn and food. Which doesn't explain anything (for me) but it does point out something on the side that obese ppl typically consume more than half their calories at night!
